Sequence of Appointments
Complimentary Consultation
Day 1The doctor, our team, and you will determine your needs, assess your oral health, review your medical history, and discuss treatment options. We’ll also take a 3D CT scan, discuss costs, financing options if necessary, and timing.
Smile Design Appointment
Can be the same day as Free ConsultationWe'll take digital scans, bite scans, measurements, digital impressions, and create a photo-realistic 3D digitalization of your face and jaw area as well as make impressions of your teeth. This exam usually lasts around an hour.
Surgery Day
2 days to 1 week after Pre-Op ExamWe'll start with a Complimentary Consultation appointment. Our Anesthesia Provider will administer IV Sedation. Teeth, if required, will be removed. A bone graft will be done if necessary. Implants are placed, a digital scan is taken, and your temporary, non-removable full-set of teeth are attached. You leave with your implanted teeth and a new smile!
Post-Op Evaluation
1 week following surgeryYou'll come back to our office for a full evaluation to ensure proper healing, aesthetics, and functionality.
Deliver Final Prosthesis
3-6 months following post-op evaluationThe final restoration is permanently attached, and the doctor will give a final evaluation of your bite and aesthetics. You'll leave with your new permanent smile and self-confidence, which you can enjoy for the rest of your life!
